II Headquarters Border Committee Meeting CONFIRMED

On Tuesday May 10th is scheduled the Second Meeting of Border Committee in the town of San Ignacio, as part of activities marking the 46th anniversary of its creation policy. This committee is composed of officials and rulers of Zamora-Chinchipe, by the neighboring country of Cajamarca, Amazonas by Peru.

Unofficially it was learned that an average of 50 officials and guests from neighboring countries have confirmed their attendance at this meeting will be hosted at a famous hotel in this capital city of the frontier province. Among the objectives of this Committee include early completion of road segments belonging to Axis IV, Education, Health and Health Tourism and sustainable development with socio-cultural integration complete.

There high expectations on this binational event that would present issues of vital importance to both border regions, is only expected that their results are effective and such events are no longer an excuse for officials touring and leaders of both countries, as are countless made and very few results.
